കോട്ടയം: ടയർ വ്യവസായികളും കേന്ദ്ര വാണിജ്യമന്ത്രാലയവും തമ്മിലുള്ള വ്യാപാര ധാരണയുടെ പിൻബലത്തിൽ നിയന്ത്രണമില്ലാതെ റബർ ഇറക്കുമതി തുടരുന്നു. അതേസമയം, വില കുത്തനെ താഴ്ന്നിട്ടും കഴിഞ്ഞ മാസം ഒരു കിലോഗ്രാം റബർ പോലും കയറ്റുമതി ചെയ്തിട്ടില്ല.

മഴക്കെടുതിയെത്തുടർന്ന് ആഭ്യന്തര ഉത്പാദനം മൂന്നു മാസമായി നാമമാത്രമായിട്ടും വ്യവസായികൾ കിഴക്കനേഷ്യൻ രാജ്യങ്ങളിൽനിന്ന് ഇറക്കുമതി തുടരുകയാണ്. കഴിഞ്ഞമാസം 38,367 ടണ്ണിന്റെ ഇറക്കുമതി നടന്നിരിക്കെ ഒരു കിലോഗ്രാം പോലും ഇന്ത്യൻ റബർ വിദേശത്തു വിൽക്കാനായില്ല. ഇവിടെ ഉത്പാദിപ്പിക്കുന്ന റബർ തുച്ഛവിലയ്ക്കു വാങ്ങി ഉപയോഗിച്ചിട്ടും തികയാത്ത സാഹചര്യത്തിലാണ് മാസം ശരാശരി നാൽപതിനായിരം ടണ് വീതം വ്യവസായികൾ വിദേശത്തുനിന്നു കൊണ്ടുവരുന്നത്. ഈ സാഹചര്യത്തിലും റബർ വില 125 രൂപയിൽനിന്ന് ഉയർന്നില്ല. പെരുത്ത നഷ്ടത്തിൽ ഉത്പാദിപ്പിച്ചു പെരുത്ത നഷ്ടത്തിൽ വിൽക്കാൻ നിർബന്ധിതരാവുകയാണ് റെയിൻ ഗാർഡിട്ട് ടാപ്പിംഗ് നടത്തുന്ന ചെറുകിട കർഷകർ. ആറു മാസമായി ആഭ്യന്തര വില 130 രൂപയിൽ താഴ്ന്നു നിൽക്കുകയാണ്.

2018 ലെ റബർ ഇറക്കുമതി- കയറ്റുമതി നിരക്ക് ഇങ്ങനെ: ജനുവരി 42018 ടണ്- ഇറക്കുമതി 28 ടണ് കയറ്റുമതി, ഫെബ്രുവരി 45722 : 33, മാർച്ച് 48699: 19, ഏപ്രിൽ 38603: 329, മേയ് 41385: 24.
ഇക്കൊല്ലം ആദ്യ ആറു മാസത്തിനുള്ളിൽ ആകെ നടത്തിയ കയറ്റുമതി 433 ടണ് മാത്രം. അതായത് കേരളത്തിലെ ഒരു മുൻനിര ഡീലർ ഒരു മാസം നടത്തുന്ന വ്യാപാരത്തെക്കാൾ കുറവാണ് രാജ്യത്ത് ആകെ നടന്നിരിക്കുന്ന കയറ്റുമതി.

അന്താരാഷ്ട്ര വിപണിയിൽ വില താഴ്ന്നു നിൽക്കുന്ന സാഹചര്യത്തിൽ വരുംമാസങ്ങളിലും ഇറക്കുമതി അനിയന്ത്രിതമായി തുടരാനേ ഇടയുള്ളു. നിലവിൽ ശരാശരി മാസ ആഭ്യന്തര ഉത്പാദനം നാൽപതിനായിരം ടണ്ണിൽ താഴെയാണ്. ആഭ്യന്തര ഉപഭോഗമാകട്ടെ ഒരു ലക്ഷം ടണ്ണും.
മേയ് മുതൽ മഴക്കെടുതി തുടങ്ങിയതിനാൽ ആഭ്യന്തര ഉത്പാദനം മുൻവർഷത്തേക്കാൾ കുറവാണ്. ഉത്പാദനം പരിമിതമായിരിക്കെ ആഭ്യന്തരവില താരതമ്യേന മെച്ചപ്പെടേണ്ടതാണ്.

ആഭ്യന്തര, അന്താരാഷ്ട്ര വിലകൾ തമ്മിൽ കാര്യമായ വ്യത്യാസമില്ലാതിരുന്നിട്ടും കർഷകരോട് അനുഭാവം കാണിക്കാൻ ടയർ വ്യവസായികൾ മനസു കാണിക്കുന്നുമില്ല.
Spot rubber closes unchanged
• Spot rubber closed unchanged following a weak closing in global markets on Thursday.
• RSS 4 finished flat at Rs.128 a kg, according to traders and the Rubber Board.
• July futures slid to Rs.128 (129.19), August to Rs.128.40 (129.69) and September to Rs.128.50 (129.28) on the National Multi Commodity Exchange.
• RSS-3 (spot) weakened to Rs.103.88 (104.05) at Bangkok.
• Its July futures declined to Rs.99.56 (102.04) on the Tokyo Commodity Exchange.
• Spot rubber rates (Rs./kg): RSS-4: 128 (128); RSS-5: 125.50 (125.50); ISNR 20: 127 (127) and Latex (60% drc): 82.50 (82.50).

TOCOM ekes out small gain after 2 sessions of losses
• Benchmark Tokyo rubber futures snapped two straight sessions of falls on Thursday, on the back of firm Shanghai futures.
• Stocks and commodities recovered slightly, but the gains were limited amid fears of an escalation in the U.S.-China trade war, sources said.
• “The markets had some time to digest the latest trade war developments and are poised to begin consolidation,” said Masahiro Ichikawa, a senior strategist at Sumitomo Mitsui Asset Management.
• The Tokyo Commodity Exchange rubber contract for December delivery finished 0.6 yen higher at 172.6 yen (US$1.54) per kg.
• The most active rubber contract on the Shanghai futures exchange for September delivery rose 60 yuan to finish at 10,355 yuan (US$1,554) per tonne.
• The front-month rubber contract on Singapore s SICOM exchange for August delivery last traded at 130.3 U.S. cents per kg, up 0.6 cent.

Natural Rubber supply deficit fails to rekindle market

KUALA LUMPUR—World demand for natural rubber exceeded supply in the first five months of 2018, but the situation only had a marginal effect on pricing, according to the latest monthly figures from the Association of Natural Rubber Producing Countries.
Global NR consumption increased 6.2 percent during the period to 5.82 million metric tons over the corresponding 2017 period, the ANRPC said. During the same period, world NR supply stood at 5.25 million tons, or an increase of 7.7 percent.
The 570,000-ton shortage has helped to “partly absorb” excess availability in the market, the association noted.
Throughout the remainder of 2018, the ANRPC expects a balanced demand-supply scenario—production is forecast to increase 6.1 percent to 14.2 million tons and consumption by 6.9 percent to 14.3 million tons.
Despite the supply deficit and a sharp rally in crude oil prices in late April, NR prices strengthened only slightly during April and May, the ANRPC said. This marginal recovery, it noted, was helped in part by the devaluation of Japanese yen, which had a positive impact on the rubber futures at TOCOM.
Sentiment in Asian commodity markets is, however, being weighed down by concerns over trade-war issues and the potential further revisions of policy interest rates by the U.S. Federal Reserve.

കിലോയ്ക്ക് 275 രൂപ മുതൽ 300 രൂപ വരെ വിലയ്ക്ക് ഗുണനിലവാരം കുറഞ്ഞ വിദേശ കള്ളക്കടത്ത് കുരുമുളക് കിട്ടും. ഗുണനിലവാരമുള്ള ഹൈറേഞ്ച് കുരുമുളകിന് 355 രൂപ യാണ് വില. ഇക്കാരണത്താൽ വീര്യവും സുഗന്ധവും കൂടുതലായിട്ടും നമ്മുടെ കുരുമുളക് ആർക്കും വേണ്ട. ഉത്തരേന്ത്യൻ വ്യാപാരികൾ വില കുറഞ്ഞ ഇറക്കുമതി കുരുമുളകിനോട് പ്രിയം കാട്ടുന്നു . കുരുമുളക് പൊടിച്ചു വിൽക്കുന്നവരും സത്ത എടുത്ത് വിൽക്കുന്നവരും ഇറക്കുമതി കുരുമുളകിനോടാണ് താത്പര്യം കാട്ടുന്നത്.
വിദേശത്ത് ഇന്ത്യൻ കുരുമുളകിന് പേരുദോഷം വരുത്തുന്ന ഈ നടപടിക്കെതിരെ അധികൃതർ മൗനം പാലിക്കുകയാണ് .
അന്താരാഷ്ട്ര വിപണിയിൽ ഇന്ത്യൻ കുരുമുളകിന് ഒരു ടണ്ണിന് 5850 ഡോളറായിരുന്നു. ഡിമാൻഡ് കുറഞ്ഞതോടെ 150 ഡോളർ വില കുറച്ചിട്ടും വാങ്ങാൻ ആളില്ല.

Mixed trend in spot rubber
• Spot rubber market showed a mixed trend on Monday.
• RSS 4 closed unchanged at Rs.127 a kg, according to traders and the Rubber Board. The grade quoted steady at Rs.123 by dealers.
• June futures declined to Rs.125.81 (126.68), July to Rs.128.90 (129.51), August to Rs.130.50 (131.03) and September to Rs.129 (132.24)on the National Multi Commodity Exchange (NMCE).
• RSS 3 (spot) dropped to Rs.114.21 (114.86) at Bangkok. Its June futures weakened to Rs.106.12 (107.30) on the Tokyo Commodity Exchange (TOCOM).
• Spot rubber rates (Rs./kg) were: RSS-4: 127 (127); RSS-5: 124 (124.50); ISNR 20: 123.50 (124) and Latex (60% drc): 89.50 (89.50).
TOCOM recovers from 2-week low on weaker yen, Nikkei rally
• Benchmark Tokyo rubber futures rose on Monday, helped by a weaker yen against the US dollar and a rally in the Tokyo stock market as strong US jobs data offset fears that trade wars between the United States and the rest of the world could slow global economy.
• Tokyo Commodity Exchange (TOCOM) futures, which set the tone for rubber prices in Southeast Asia, rebounded from a two-week low hit on Friday.
• The TOCOM rubber contract for November delivery finished 1.0 yen higher at 190.4 yen (US$1.74) per kg.
• “The dollar s gain or yen s decline lent support,” said Satoru Yoshida, a commodity analyst with Rakuten Securities.
• The dollar added 0.15% to 109.66 yen following a rise of 0.6% on Friday. A weaker yen makes yen-denominated assets more affordable when purchased in other currencies.
• The Nikkei share average rose to a one-week high, tracking Wall Street s gains after May jobs data pointed to strength in the US economy, while a weaker yen lifted shares of Japanese exporters.
• “I see no clear direction for rubber prices now as there is a mix of positive and negative external factors,” Yoshida said, adding that market participants were waiting for fresh fundamental clue.
• The most-active rubber contract on the Shanghai futures exchange for September delivery fell 25 yuan to finish at 11,695 yuan (US$1,823) per tonne. The front-month rubber contract on Singapore s SICOM exchange for July delivery last traded at 142.4 US cents per kg, down 0.6 cent.

മുംബൈ: റിസര്വ് ബാങ്ക് ഓഫ് ഇന്ത്യയുടെ ധനനയം ഇന്നു വരാനിരിക്കെ വിപണികളില് ആശങ്ക. ഇതേത്തുടര്ന്ന് തുടര്ച്ചയായി രണ്ടാംദിനവും സൂചികകള് വീണു. കടുത്ത വില്പന സമ്മര്ദമാണ് വിപണികളില് ദൃശ്യമായത്. സെന്സെക്സ് 108.68 പോയിന്റ് നഷ്ടത്തില് 34,903.21ലും നിഫ്റ്റി 35.30 പോയിന്റ് കുറഞ്ഞ 10,593.20ലുമാണ് വ്യാപാരം അവസാനിപ്പിച്ചത്.
ബി.എസ്.ഇയിലെ 532 കമ്പനികളുടെ ഓഹരികള് നേട്ടത്തിലും 2,158 ഓഹരികള് നഷ്ടത്തിലുമായിരുന്നു. പര്ച്ചേസിങ് മാനേജേഴ്സ് ഇന്ഡക്സ് (പി.എം.ഐ.) ഏകദേശ കണക്കുകള്വച്ച് മൂന്നുമാസത്തിനുശേഷം രാജ്യത്തെ സേവന മേഖലയിലെ പ്രവര്ത്തനങ്ങള് പിന്നിലായി. ഇതും നിക്ഷേപകരെ വിപണിയില്നിന്ന് അകറ്റിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. നിരക്കുകളെ ധനനയം എങ്ങനെ ബാധിക്കുമെന്ന ആശങ്കയില് റിയല് എസ്റ്റേറ്റ്, ബാങ്കിങ്, ഓട്ടോ ഓഹരികള് നിറംമങ്ങി.
മുന്നു ദിവസങ്ങളിലായി വിപണികളുടെ നഷ്ടം 419.17 പോയിന്റാണ്. വിദേശ നിക്ഷേപകരുടെ തിരിച്ചുവരവാണ് വിപണികള്ക്കു നേരിയ ആശ്വാസം പകരുന്നത്. 2,354.03 കോടി രൂപയുടെ ഓഹരികള് വിദേശ നിക്ഷേപ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങള് കഴിഞ്ഞ ദിവസം സ്വന്തമാക്കിയതായി കണക്കുകള് വ്യക്തമാക്കി. അതേസമയം പ്രാദേശിക നിക്ഷേപകര് വിപണിയില്നിന്നു പടിയിറങ്ങുകയാണ്. 712.41 കോടി രൂപയുടെ ഓഹരികള് ഇക്കൂട്ടര് കഴിഞ്ഞ ദിവസം കൈയൊഴിഞ്ഞു. രൂപയുടെ നിറംമങ്ങിയ പ്രകടനവും നിക്ഷേപകരില് നിരാശ പകര്ത്തി.
രാജ്യാന്തര, പ്രാദേശിക വിപണികളിലെ ഇന്ധന വിലക്കയറ്റവും നാണ്യപ്പെരുപ്പ ഭീഷണിയും ധനനയത്തെ പ്രതികൂലമായി ബാധിക്കുമെന്നാണ് വിലയിരുത്തല്. രാജ്യത്തിന്റെ ധനക്കമ്മി ഉയരുമോയെന്ന ആശങ്കയും നിക്ഷേപകരിലുണ്ട്.
1.93 ശതമാനം മൂല്യശോഷണം നേരിട്ട ലാര്സന് ആന്ഡ് ട്യൂബ്രോ, ഡോ. റെഡ്ഡീസ് ലാബ്, യെസ് ബാങ്ക്, പവര്ഗ്രിഡ്, ഇന്ഫോസിസ്, മഹീന്ദ്ര ആന്ഡ് മഹീന്ദ്ര, ടി.ഡി.എസ്, ആക്സിസ് ബാങ്ക്, വിപ്രോ, സണ്ഫാര്മ, ബജാജ് ഓട്ടോ, അദാനി പോര്ട്സ്, ഏഷ്യന് പെയിന്റ്സ്, എന്.ടി.പി.സി. തുടങ്ങിയ ഓഹരികളാണ് പ്രധാനമായും നഷ്ടത്തിലായത്.
റിലയന്സ് ഇന്ഡസ്ട്രീസ്, ടാറ്റ സ്റ്റീല്, എച്ച്.ഡി.എഫ്.സി. ലിമിറ്റഡ്, മാരുതി സുസുക്കി, എച്ച്.ഡി.എഫ്.സി. ബാങ്ക്, ഹീറോ മോട്ടോകോര്പ്, ഇന്ഡസിന്ഡ് ബാങ്ക്, കോട്ടക് ബാങ്ക്, എസ്.ബി.ഐ. തുടങ്ങിയ ഓഹരികള് നേരിയ ആശ്വാസം പകര്ന്നു.
ബോര്ഡര് വിപണികളിലും വില്പന സമ്മര്ദം പ്രകടമായി. കടക്കെണിയില്പ്പെട്ട പഞ്ചസാര ഫാക്ടറികള്ക്കും കര്ഷകര്ക്കുമായി കഴിഞ്ഞ ദിവസം സര്ക്കാര് സാമ്പത്തിക സഹായം പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചതിനെത്തുടര്ന്നു മേഖലയിലെ ഓഹരികള് 3.24 ശതമാനം ഉയര്ന്നു. രാജ്യാന്തര വിപണികളും നേട്ടത്തിന്റെ പാതയിലായിരുന്നു
